1. Agreement to Terms
By creating an account, downloading, or engaging in trivia matches on Quiz Battle, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms, you must discontinue using our services and uninstall the application.
Players must be at least 13 years old (or the legal age of digital consent in your jurisdiction). Users under the age of majority require parental or guardian consent.
2. Fair Play & Anti-Cheat Code of Conduct
Quiz Battle is built strictly for genuine human vs. human intellect duels. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy against cheating, automation, and exploit abuse.
- Using scripts, bots, modified APKs, or screen-scraping OCR tools to automate trivia answers.
- Manipulating device system clocks or packet sniffers to artificially extend answer timers.
- Creating duplicate dummy accounts or colluding with other players to artificially inflate coins or leaderboard rating.
- Abusive language, harassment, or inappropriate profile pictures/usernames.
3. Coin Economy & Reward System
Understanding our virtual currency is vital to fair competition:
- Play Coins (Non-Redeemable): Granted via welcome bonuses, daily logins, friend referrals, and rewarded ads. Play coins can only be staked to enter trivia battles and cannot be withdrawn as direct currency.
- Redeemable Battle Winnings: Coins won through victorious 1v1 duels, tournaments, and group matches qualify as redeemable tokens.
- Cash Redemption Thresholds: Players may request payout once they accumulate the minimum required redeemable balance (minimum 500 coins). Redemptions undergo automated fraud screening and are disbursed to verified payment methods (UPI, Bank, etc.).
4. Match Disconnections & Forfeitures
To prevent players from backing out when they are losing:
Closing the app, switching away, or suffering a network disconnection during an ongoing 1v1 battle results in an immediate match forfeit. The staked entry coins will be awarded to the remaining active opponent, and appropriate rating adjustments will be made.
5. Intellectual Property & User Content
All quiz questions, illustrations, designs, animations, and software code are the intellectual property of Quiz Battle. Players retain ownership of their custom avatars and usernames, but grant Quiz Battle a worldwide license to display them on public leaderboards and battle results.
6. Termination & Inquiries
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice. Players may terminate their own account at any time via the Account Deletion Request portal.
